♛ Narora Araragi | |||||||||||||
CHARACTER DESCRIPTION While a quiet person he may be, his voice isn't soft. It isn't particularly deep or loud either, but one can easily recognize him if they were to hear him. Just his mannerisms and average voice can give him away. Silver hair can be seen flowing down his head at times, reaching just below his eyes should they need to. His gray colored eyes match his hair, and usually go along well with his clothing. He isn't particularly tall for his age: an even six feet, and nor is he extremely large. His choice in attire shows his ability to be unnoticed, should he wish to be. Black makes up most of it, but there are specks of other colors too. Reds and Blues, and bit of white. His actual clothing itself is made up of what one might see a school student wearing. A white shirt, black jacket that has been left unbuttoned to show said shirt, and dark dress pants. He has a belt hidden under the white dress shirt, but is just a simple black one. Aside from this, he has on his black shoes. Not quite dress shoes, but not sneakers either. CHARACTER PERSONALITY Narora's outward appearance can sometimes betray his actual personality. Only his family has been able to understand him enough to look past it to see what he actually feels; his sister more so than his parents. He wouldn't be able to recall this yet though. The Kind: Despite Narora's outward appearance, he is by no means a bad person. While not opening up to strangers completely , he has shown a kindness and concern for them, even though you can't see it on his face most of the time. The Playful: Once again, his outward appearance can be deceiving. While not overly playful, he enjoys a good laugh and teasing of those around him. He's not known to go out of his way to harm another that has done no wrong to him or those he associates with. He's also not known to be overly playful with strangers and the like: that is to say people he doesn't know. His sister and family are usually exempt from his playful side, but his sister does get a bit of it from time to time, whenever they meet up. The Closed: Narora may be kind and playful to those he associates with, but that's just it. The one's he associates with are very few in number. Most of the other people are just seen as strangers and those that he can partially let his guard down around. He sticks to himself when in the presence of others that he doesn't know well enough. He tends to isolate himself from others at times, and during other times, will just quietly listen and offer his advice at rare times. Unless he is actually told to include himself, he will prefer to stay out of it. The Naive: Despite his wise outlook on life and the lessons he has learned during his travels, Narora is still young. Decisions can go awry during the heat of battle or in stressful situations. Many a times he's lost a battle, and has tried to learn from his mistakes. This usually includes training a great deal, both physically and mentally. Physically to increase his physical capabilities, and mentally to keep a good grasp on his powers. LIKES: Quiet places; usually in woods or near streams His Sister: Stella (what he can remember of her) Books DISLIKES: Loud noises: Places, people, items... Crowds / Areas with a great deal of people (any number above 4 people makes him uncomfortable) Light using beings, simply from being a dark attributed one. The light from them blinds him. Loosing his way in a forest CHARACTER MAGIC & ABILITIES Everyone starts at KHFM at Level One. That being said, you can only have two skills to start. As you level up, you will be eligible to learn more! Every skill must have the stats MP, Str and Magic. If you're a Physical Class, you'll have more Str. If you're a Magical Class, you'll have more Magic. Name:: Spellbinder: Libra
Description:: By using the first Spellbinder he has on his person, Narora can summon up a spell to grant him information on his target(s). One target can only be effected at a time, and the spell only points out the obvious (Name, age, near useless information) and 1 skill that the Target possesses upon Libra's activation (That is to say, he does not know the skill inside and out, but he does know a basic effect. He would see a Fire Skill, but would have no idea that it's Fira or Firega until it was used). It usually only works on a target once, as their skills don't really change from what they were just a few seconds ago, when he scanned them. Should he scan them again when they've changed their skills or something else has happened, he'd just update the information he already knows about them. Previous scans will carry over. If a target was scanned in the past and knew Fire, and scanned again, then the spell would 'remind' Narora that the target also possesses 'Fire', as they've been scanned before in the past. Name:: Spellbinder: Dark Bend
Description:: Using his Second Spellbinder, located on his Right wrist, he can summon up, and control the power of Darkness in the form of black and purple, smoke like wisps. These whisps can be used to attack, similar to that of a whip; grab and throw with strength equal to his STR stat. They can have more 'petty' uses as well, such as holding precious items or people. He has full control of their grip and speed, again, both are equal to his stats. CHARACTER HISTORY Narora, born to an average family, was really nothing special. His hair was silver, not very uncommon if reactions told anything. His eyes a strange, dull silver color, might have been the most interesting physical aspect about him... His family consisted of two parents, a Mother and Father, as well as an older Sister. His parents names were no longer in his thoughts or memories, since past events, so he could not recall them to this day. His sister, though, he knew he was very attached with. One Stella Araragi. By the time he'd turned 11, she was 16. She wasn't very remarkable either, but he'd been told by a great deal of guys that she was, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the hottest girls in the town. Narora, didn't rightly care, and simply stuck to loving his sister a great deal. He was sure he loved his parents too, but his sister was the only one who he could fully recall. Mentally and Morally, Narora was different from others. He wasn't quite the boy to stand up to a bully, not that there were many, but he was one to take charge. Attention was something he loved. He loved the look his parents gave him when he brought home papers with huge 'A's on them. He loved the look his friends gave him when he spat out ideas from the top of his head. And to an extent, he was just a bit fearless, but being only 11, that was only when playing games with his friends in the forests. Sword fights were fun after all, especially the ones that your parents say you can't have. However, one day, Narora saw a man. A strange one at that. He didn't wear any abnormal clothing, but neither did Narora ever see him around the town. So, being the curious child he was, he followed the man. The man himself hailed from the world Radiant Garden, but had sense been drawn to the darkness in a thirst for power and knowledge. But, even he knew, that his time was coming. He would soon be destroyed, if not, dieing from another natural cause or from digging into the darkness just a bit to much. And so, for the past couple of months, he'd been traveling the worlds, unknown to most beings of light and even some of darkness, and began to look for... a successor of sorts. The person would need to be strong willed first. Strong enough to have gained the right for a Keyblade to chose him perhaps? It didn't really matter to him. However, one trait was needed that would have to stand out... One he himself had... The thirst for knowledge... The absolute desire-no... undulating need to know... what might be out there? Just what might be beyond this small world. A child at best would do, one with an imagination and small mind to manipulate... and he might have found just that kid... At the time, Narora never knew the man was aware of his presence. And once the man had reached a secluded part of the surrounding forests, he called the boy out. There were no words, save for a mumbled ending of '...yes, he'll do nicely...', before Narora lost consciousness and blacked out. When he awoke, he was in a strange place. No memories of who he was, where he was from, or even his name. That was, however, until he reached into his pocket, and found a simple piece of parchment and read the line that was across it. It simply read “Narora Araragi”. With the last name seemingly invisible to the boy, but at the same time, still there on the paper, he set out threw a dark realm. He couldn't remember how long it had been. Hours, Days, Weeks? He wasn't sure anymore and never would he be, but he did know that he was there for quite some time. He remembered sleeping quite a bit there when he wasn't being attacked by strange black creatures. They weren't much bigger than he was, hell, they were nearly 1/4th his size, but he knew that they could easily take him down. In fact, that had been how he'd gotten out of that dark realm. The memory was foggy, as it was so long ago now, but he remembered being cornered. Those black things had him trapped and up against a large cliff. When he'd resigned himself to death, and was ready to face whatever was on the other side, they'd been attacked instead. He wasn't sure by what it was at first, but, eventually, a whole... well you could call them a 'team', of silver creatures had appeared and made short work of those little ants. They turned to him, and, somehow sent words to his head that he knew was theirs. Words ranging from “Master...”, “We've come...”, “...found you at last...” Unsure as to what they were saying, Narora simply stood, only for a moment, then let himself fall to his behind and resumed breathing, not even knowing he'd stopped at some point. All of his senses came back to him at once then. His heart was beating in his chest, throat, neck and belly, and he was suddenly aware of each drop of sweat now dripping off of his body. Their voices continued in his head, dispute them making no movements at talking, or anything similar. Eventually, he fell asleep. To this day he would refuse admitting that he'd lost consciousness, but the fact of the matter was that he fell asleep for a time. The stress of that day, and the other sleepless nice, finally catching up to him in his weakened state. Upon his awakening he was alone, but not in that Dark Realm anymore. Now he was on a beach. A very dark, dimly colored beach with near black water. The sand below his body felt warm to the touch, even though there was no sun to be seen in the dark sky, and the only light was from a small ball floating well above the atmosphere. Possibly a dieing sun that once was bright and warm. It was partially framed by the dark colored, rocky formation coming out of the water. With all the colors, or lack thereof in this place, he dubbed it, personally, 'Dark Beach'. It was there that he spent a good deal of time. That orb in the sky never moved. There was no wind to speak of, despite the water moving as if there was. Waves needed wind and air movement after all, but he never felt any. It appeared pitch black most of his stay there, but his vision never changed. Once more, he couldn't tell how long he was there, he did know that he wasn't attacked anymore. Those beings didn't appear here like they had in that other place. Place, Dimension, Realm, he wasn't sure anymore what to call them, if that was even what they were. Perhaps a few weeks later, he was visited again. This time by the same species as before, but they weren't completely silver. Or, she didn't appear completely silver. Instead, she appeared to be dressed in a lot of pink items, including a hat that covered all but her nose and down, pink-shaded baggy pants, and very pointy shoes. She, or he assumed it was a she, moved as if she was dancing or swaying on the spot. The silver versions did as well, but they seemed battle ready, this one just looked as if she wanted to dance. Eventually, she spoke to him too. He couldn't quite make out what she was saying, she talked extremely quickly, but he did catch the words 'Heart', 'One of us', and 'More Powerful'. Small talk wasn't exchanged, instead, she'd created some kind of dark portal, and stepped through it. It was left open, as if expecting Narora to walk through as well. It didn't take long to decide that he would. He'd been here in this place for a while, and was ready to come out and see the world. Or, hell, maybe there were more worlds out there. He knew one thing: That shadow that moved with him, seemed like it was twitching quite a bit... every time it did, he felt a small, almost unnoticeable 'tug' on his consciousness. Like he could control it. That would have to be something he experimented with... | Araragi (Orchid) LAST NAME Narora FIRST NAME 18 AGE Nobody RACE Red Mage CLASS Darkness ELEMENT Sword WEAPON Twilight Town |
